Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours of order being received. Royal Mail or Parcelforce will be used. All trackings will be forwarded once goods leave us.
Click & Collect service is available, but please contact us first to check stocks are all there and goods will be quickly be reserved. Collection times will then be arranged
However, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly, but all efforts will be made to get your goods to you as quick as possible. If there is to be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or by telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but we will do our upmost to keep you updated.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
Peake Performance Sports Ltd is not liable for any products damaged during its transit. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and inform us so as to keep an eye on any outcome. Any damaged boxes, must be shown on couriers papers.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing any claim.
